Since joining WPM in 2016, Smith has gone on to take on greater responsibilities through a series of back-to-back promotions. Smith joined WPM Real Estate Management in 2016, after serving in a long-term leadership role at a Fortune 500 company. He quickly rose through the organization and managed a variety of property types, sizes and locations. properties within WPM’s multi-family portfolio. Most recently, he was responsible for overseeing Johns Hopkins non-dormitory student housing. Properties managed by Smith have been recognized for outstanding performance by the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association (MMHA) annual awards program. Smith was honored by WPM in 2021 as Property Manager of the Year. Smith has resided in Baltimore for 22 years and received her bachelor’s degree from Goucher College.
