Smith joined WPM Real Estate Management in 2016, after serving in a long-term leadership role at a Fortune 500 company. He quickly rose through the organization and managed a variety of property types, sizes and locations. properties within WPM’s multi-family portfolio. More recently, he was responsible for supervising John Hopkins student accommodation without dormitory. Properties managed by Smith have been recognized for outstanding performance by the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association (MMHA) annual awards program. Smith was honored by WPM in 2021 as Property Manager of the Year. Smith was a resident of Baltimore for 22 years and obtained his baccalaureate from Goucher College.
