In Nigeria and across Africa, several young people are indeed making huge strides to secure a great career, with the zeal to create a niche that further builds a channel for them to create an impact and remain unequivocally relevant. In a recent interview with Mr. Jason Oghenejobo, a renowned real estate developer, we learned about some of the tremendous progress the young man has made over the years.
During the interview, he revealed how he went on to have a fairly successful career in property development and entrepreneurship. Jason currently owns a real estate organization that operates in Nigeria and Turkey. However, the dynamic young man has also held several positions within the organization, including that of Director of Sales and Marketing.
However, he told our correspondent that before entering the real estate business, he had previously been engaged in the sale of telephones and computer devices in Nigeria. While recounting why he left the industry of selling phones and computer devices for real estate, Jason said he wanted to leverage his excellent sales ability in the real estate industry, which he described as “much better”.
He emphasized his keen interest in the real estate business. He says, “I love the process of transforming a vast land of nothingness into a magnificent, luxurious structure that becomes incredible awe.” He said his dream was to provide affordable luxury and quality homes in Nigeria. While highlighting some of his great accomplishments, Jason noted that one of his most excellent projects is the Skyview Princess Villa in Turkey.
Over the years, Jason has partnered with various developers in Nigeria and Turkey. While emphasizing his ability, he noted that his organization has maintained the level of fullness in customer satisfaction. He is of the school of thought that a solid foundation guarantees a solid structure.
