YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Burgan Real Estate announced this week that 19-year-old Russell Themar has become the latest addition to the agency’s real estate team.
“Adding Russell to our team not only adds a motivated individual, but he brings a perspective from the Gen Z demographics to help us adjust our business and philosophies to younger target audiences who are new to the market. Said Patrick Burgan, co-owner and broker at Burgan Real Estate.
Themar, a graduate of Springfield High School, is originally from Texas and moved to the Mahoning Valley when he was 13. An avid chess player, he takes pride in thinking several steps ahead, carefully taking his next step to finally achieve the results he craves. Along with Burgan, he believes he has found a team that will help him achieve this.
“When I moved to the Mahoning Valley with my mother and sister, we were looking for something better,” says Themar. “Now that I’m starting my real estate career with a company like Burgan, I don’t have to look for it anymore because I really found it with Patrick, Sue Filipovich and all of Burgan Bunch.”
