The Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing top organizations in 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards, according to a press release.
The list is based solely on employee feedback collected through the third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
