FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Springston Real Estate has moved to its new Fairmont location.
On Tuesday, the three co-owners, Shannon Onderko, Kara Thomas and Dominick Claudio, cut the ribbon for their new facility in downtown Adams Street.
Thomas said downtown is the heart of every city, and that’s where they wanted to be, a new face in Springston.
The business was founded in the late 1940s. The co-owners said they are West Virginia’s oldest real estate company and are still looking to expand.

“Finding agents who follow our mission and our belief is really what we are looking for,” said Onderko. “Such a strong team that gives 150% to 110% anything, they are archivers who are constantly putting others in front of them, and that is what we are looking for in Springston.”
“Fairmont is a community that has a lot of opportunities, and you can feel it when you come here,” Claudio said. “It’s different. It has a different buzz. Spending a lot of time in Morgantown is constant, but it’s definitely a place that’s going to be a big expansion area for north central West Virginia. over the next ten years.

The company was previously at 600 Gaston Avenue, Fairmont. Now Springston Real Estate is located at 222 Adams Street in Fairmont.
