PURE Real Estate Management of Grand Rapids announced the recent addition of several employees to the company and a significant promotion within the company’s facilities department.

PURE has hired the following employees: Garret Sennhenn, Installations Technician; Nolan Whitney, Installations Technician; Renee Heikkila, property manager; and Tori Sobkowiak, rental assistant. In addition, Roger Tanis was promoted to chief installation technician after one year with the group.

With these new additions, PURE has grown into a company of 18 employees. The company currently manages 500 residential units and over 150,000 square feet of commercial space. The growing portfolio is highlighted by Michigan Meadows, Hanover Townhomes, Fulton Square, Eastown Flats, Homes at River’s Edge, The Knoll-Townhomes of Ada, Preserve Townhomes and Heritage Place.

PURE attributed this phase of growth to the addition of over 185 new townhouses to its portfolio. The new townhouses come from the recent completion of Hanover Townhouses and Michigan Meadows Townhouses, which will soon be completed.

Additionally, the company is in the process of renting out Preserve Townhomes in Spring Lake, which is currently under construction and is expected to be completed this winter.
