Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced its top 10 production leaders for 2018 and among them is Rose Alfano, based at the agency’s office in Westhampton Beach.

Chief Executive Officer Deirdre O’Connell made the announcement at the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty Bravos Awards, four meetings that involved a total of more than 1,000 real estate advisers, officers and employees of the company.

In addition to the recognition and celebration at company-wide meetings, the 10 producers were honored at a special President’s Dinner hosted by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s, Chairman of the Board and Patricia J Petersen.

Ms. O’Connell noted that in 2018, Sotheby’s affiliate brokers and sales professionals achieved a global sales volume of more than $ 112 billion.

New recruits at Elliman

Douglas Elliman welcomes Jessica Fingleton to his office in East Hampton, Dana Frances Hilbert to Bridgehampton and Joseph Piccininni to Sag Harbor.

Ms. Fingleton has been involved in the real estate industry for the past decade as an investor. Additionally, she has owned and operated vacation rental businesses and has experience in specialty properties, commercial properties and residential real estate.

Ms Hilbert, originally from Southampton and now residing with her two sons in Sag Harbor, is a former professional photographer and licensed cosmetologist.

Mr Piccininni joins Douglas Elliman of Coldwell Banker, where he won the brokerage’s 30 Under 30 award in 2017. In 2016, he was named one of 20 Rising Stars Under 40 in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of Realtors. He is currently director of the New York State Association of Realtors, secretary of the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Professionals Network, and previously secretary of the Hamptons section of LIBOR.
