The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM 99 Las Vegas) has announced its new officers and directors elected for 2020, with industry leader Natalie Miloro Allred, CPM®, ARM® as the new president.
Allred has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a member of IREM and is also the current Director and Vice President of Real Estate Management at Avison Young. Avison Young is an IREM accredited management organization.

The 2019 President, Angelina Scarcelli, Real Estate Management (IREM), is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Property Management division for the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. She received the title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Scarcelli was among 228 commercial real estate professionals who achieved the designation by passing the comprehensive CCIM Institute exam, the key component of the designation process.
