How Alison Euler started her own real estate business

Whether she works in local political offices or in global executive companies, new business owner Alison Euler has a wealth of experience to draw on.

This month marks another professional highlight with the launch of her largest business yet, Alison Euler Properties in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Having already experienced such high-pressure roles, Ms. Euler felt his decision to enter the real estate business 12 years ago was a natural fit.

“I originally started as a sales consultant for a national brand, and I think it was a great training ground for new and green agents,” Ms. said Euler.

“But after five years I was really looking to hone my skills and accepted an offer from another big agency.”

Mrs Euler explained that the move is about being challenged and always growing as a professional.

“I was looking for new growth. I felt the new agency at the time was where I was heading, ”she said.

Mrs Euler finally felt that there was room to dramatically improve the service it could offer, and it was time to take it to the next level by delivering a quality result for the region.

“I’ve always wanted to provide the best service possible and when you’re in a franchise at my level you can feel a bit limited,” she said.

“There is much more to great results than promoting a great brand. “

Mrs Euler said she once dreamed of starting her own brand, but the logistics turned her off.

“There are so many things to consider when starting a business, and doing it on your own is intimidating,” Mrs said Euler.

However, she had followed the story of UrbanX and knew that their back-end administration and marketing support platform would help her open the doors to Alison Euler’s properties.

“That’s what I liked about this [UrbanX CEO] Dan Argent offered. It took everything that made it seem impossible and made it all possible.

“Talking with Dan gave me a lot of confidence. He was inspiring, to be honest. I think he has come up with an amazing business model.

Now, with his own business going on, it’s an exciting time for Mrs Euler. She said her fundamentals of treating others with decency and respect are fundamental to the new business.

“I am a person of integrity – I am a woman of my word” Mrs said Euler.

“I want to give sellers a really personal approach, not just listing a house and handing it over to a new partner and never seeing the seller again. I like to oversee every marketing campaign. I want to go above and beyond by providing exceptional service.

“I also want the sales process to be a really positive journey for my customers.

“This is also how you network and build relationships in the industry – by providing great service. And that brings you back more referrals, listings, and old clients.

Mrs Euler added that she was excited about the next six months where she can establish and grow her brand. She said it would be a chance to score points and build momentum – a launching pad for future growth.
