* Story: SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management was launched in 2016, under the leadership of Tiffanie Robinson and a team of investors and real estate professionals. The group saw a growing need for combined real estate and property management services in Chattanooga. In 2020, the group added thousands of square feet to its portfolio of managed commercial and multifamily properties, and closed major commercial real estate transactions in more than 20 Southeast cities. As of 2021, Second Story was actively managing over 1.5 million square feet of multifamily, commercial, homeowner’s association, and even condo owner’s association properties. On the commercial brokerage side, the group completed nearly $50 million in deals in 2021 alone. In February 2022, the company partnered with global real estate brand SVN | Commercial real estate advisors, gaining visibility, national networking and marketing dexterity.
