CHICAGO–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest independent family-owned real estate services company, today announced the launch of a new multimedia advertising campaign that goes to the heart of the business model of the one-stop-shop company. In an age where homes are working harder than ever – serving everything from school to sanctuary – Baird & Warner reinforces its commitment to making real estate easier for buyers and sellers by offering all services under one roof, including mortgage insurance and title insurance.

Baird & Warner deploys its “Home +” (House-plus) to showcase its market-leading one-stop-shopping services across all media: outdoor billboards, hot spot wallscapes, printing, direct marketing, social media and digital advertising. The new marketing effort will begin over the next few weeks, in one of the busiest spring markets in recent years.

The new “Home +” advertising campaign builds on the success of Baird & Warner’s “We Get You” effort, which received # 1 from the world’s leading real estate companies.®, a network of hundreds of independent brokerage firms around the world. Both advertising campaigns were created in partnership with Chicago-based agency Simple Truth.

In the “Maison +” series of advertisements, the images evoke how our homes evolve and change function, often simultaneously serving as a school, office, fitness center, playground or simply a safe space. As a new ad puts it: “When it’s more than a home, you need a team with more to offer. Each image is compelling in that it captures a new way people enjoy their home, such as a mother and young son performing fitness boards with the words “Homebody” – using Baird & Warner’s yellow mark for each word after “House”.
