Techstars Atlanta celebrates another successful acquisition.
CommissionTrac, a cloud-based revenue management platform that streamlines back-office administrative work for commercial real estate agents, has been acquired by Yardi Systems.
Based in Santa Barbara, California, Yardi provides end-to-end property and investment management software to those in commercial real estate. Yardi already has an office of more than 400 people in Atlanta and 7,000 employees worldwide.
To date, CommissionTrac has told Hypepotamus that its platform has been used by more than 1,100 users from over 60 companies because brokers use it to organize the flow of transactions, store documents and create various financial reports.
Major players in the real estate game such as Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and TenantBase use the platform.
CommissionTrac will integrate into Yardi’s CommercialEdge suite.
The CommercialEdge platform enables real estate professionals to analyze comprehensive real estate data – including transaction, property and debt information – and uncover market insights with the latest sales information and ads.
CommissionTrac was part of the Techstars Atlanta third cohort with SAWA, the graphic design startup acquired by Mailchimp in 2019.
