About

Daniel Richard

Heya friends! I’m Daniel Richard, the guy behind this blog.

That logo you’re seeing above? Yeps, that’s my signature over there. I think it looks pretty neat. :)

Alright, here’s my introduction.

I’m from Singapore, 25 (birthday’s on the 23rd Feb), and I run (co-owner of) a few very small businesses.

This blog’s was started as a passion thing. Yes, one of my goals has always to become better writer. Hence the creation of this blog. My approach here is more towards of sharing my personal experiences (looking forward to writing more uplifting stuff), the “ah-ha!” moments, and perhaps adding in a personal discovery thing or two.

Topics here includes (but not limited to): personal productivity, personal development, motivational, inspirational, simplicity, entrepreneurship and minimalism.

My Blogs & Businesses

These are the web properties that either I own, or co-founded since Jan 2010.

  • Growth, Singapore. Providing web media and marketing solutions for Internet brands and businesses (launched mid Feb).
  • Praisewall. A Christian blog that was started with a vision to allow aspiring writers, musicians, graphic designers, and bloggers to start sharing their work on the web. I believe that entrepreneurs and upstarts gotta be comfortable with publishing, and hence it’s a good foundational ground to present their works with an audience.
  • Singapore Otah. Winner of The Green Book Best Food Category: Gold Award (2009/2010). Dealing with wholesale BBQ in Singapore. Who knew that I would be in the food business? :)
  • Vegetarian BBQ Singapore. Providing wholesale vegetarian BBQ food products. Expanded with a menu dedicated to our friends who are on a vegetarian diet.

The following are my parents’ businesses. I’ve helped them get things started and up to speed on the web. They deserve a huge mention here.

I’ve Written

One of my goals is to become a writer. And what’s a writer like without publishing any books? Here’s my first *smile*.

  • Breaking the Gambling Addiction. Thinking of breaking an addiction isn’t going to make anything happen. It’s the consistent action of breaking the habit that will make it count. It’s hard work, and I agree. Here’s where I share my story from getting started, being addicted, began stealing, and eventually the things I’ve done to finally breaking it for good. 102 pages ebook, US$19.95. Instant download.
