NEVER Doubt Yourself!

NEVER ever for a moment should you ever doubt yourself!

You may had once faced the motherload of all failures, and still recovering from that setback… or adopted a new philosophy and strategy that will get you going again… but still feel that it is almost practically impossible to get back on track, and accomplishing any goals.

Are you sure that it is really impossible to get up and accomplish any new goals?

Who told you that?

Or maybe it is the heightened inner skeptic that took over and tore down your self-belief that you are an achiever?

Why people doubt themselves over and over again

It’s not your fault that you had once (or countless of times) doubted yourself. There are reasons why others had doubted themselves over and over again. Let’s take a look at 4 of those reasons.

Reason #1: It’s their worldview

Have you met people who are deeply rooted into a worldview and perspective that they will never ever become someone of good value… and what’s worse is that they try to make you feel the same for yourself?

Maybe they had been brought up in such an environment where others around them who had that depressing worldview actually lived and breathed the reality created from years of unbelief — and really became someone who created zero value to anyone else.

Or perhaps they were “victims” of a failure and bad experiences… that they never dared to move out to make another persistent effort to get them out of their newly created world of drudgery.

But it is not always their fault. The next reason shows who then is at fault.

Reason #2: Vampires and energy draining people surrounds them…

Like vultures waiting for their prey — even while still alive — just to die so that they can immediately feed on them.

I don’t know why, but there are many people out there who we call critics, vampires, energy-draining people… that speak words that only sucks the life out of others.

There are many people who have been surrounded with such “friends” and every conversation, ideas, thoughts, that they once shared were immediately put down with huge negativity and a huge list of reasons (that most likely were made up) on why they will fail.

Reason #3: Their own unwillingness to follow through

One of the proven reasons behind why a person can’t create a compelling story for himself / herself (universal: him) is due to their own unwillingness to follow through.

You probably would have heard by now on Thomas Edison’s story on how his team perfected the light bulb after thousands (some say 5000) of times to make it last hours longer than the predecessors, and also the story on how Michael Jordan used to be a basketball reject until he practiced till he was good enough to get drafted (3rd draft) and then climbing on to the major NBA league to become one of the best players to grace the game.

They did one thing for sure. Both of them kept following through to improve themselves and their games (Thomas = innovation, Michael = sport)… and the rest is history.

Reason #4: It’s their sheer determination not to believe

Maybe no one is at fault. It is their attitude towards their lives that they don’t want to believe that they could add any value to others, but only live to steal (people’s time by forcing their negativity onto them), kill (off all dreams of others), and destroy (others’ plans, goals, and vision).

They already don’t believe that they are of any worth… and they think that you shouldn’t too.

Are you going to listen to them?

Your time is too precious to be wasted on doubting yourself

You don’t need anyone else to tell you to conform to their very own low-self image — let them bury themselves in disappointment and sorrow.

However, you can do better everyday… improving yourself by first looking forward and visualize yourself achieving goals (like liberation), then simplify tasks down to the essentials — the one that will make you productive — and do them.

While others continue to doubt themselves, you… are different.

You can get things done.

Hence from now on, NEVER doubt yourself!
